Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective or misprinted
• Incorrect (wrong item received)

As most of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via the Contact Me page within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
3. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement, please submit a return request and place a new order.
